Made from the oldest vines with the lowest yields, these wines are hand-harvested, aged longer and often come from a single grape from a single vineyard. Highly allocated, widely coveted & may not be produced every year. Often includes zero-zero wines — made with no fining, filtration or added sulphites — which are extremely difficult to produce. May even feature a back vintage or two that we simply had to snatch up! Buy one for now and another for your cellar.
