These particular gamay vines are 50 years old, planted in the granite soils of the lieu dit in Brouilly known as ‘La Folie’. They were hand harvested, and underwent whole-cluster fermentation for a pure and punchy final product. Aging took place for six months between concrete and wood barrels, then another six months in bottle to get them used to their new digs. Ripe strawberries, black cherries and salmonberries meld into one, super floral that wrap and wriggle, wild bitter greens, cool forest floor, hot stone massage & a winning concentration. Enjoy while laying back and stretching out before a night sleeping under the stars.
