A berried, yet vegetal bubbling rosé, now THIS is the stuff that dreams are made of. For the first time in Ontario, meet the kaleidoscopic wines of GLOW GLOW! Working in the town of Nahe, between the prestigious Rhine and Mosel valleys, fifth generation winemakers Pauline and Carl have brought their vision of a non-interventionist winery to life with the support of their loving family. Born from their mother’s keen and longstanding interest in bottling their own sparkling rosé, the kiddos decided it was finally time for a ‘Pink Fizzy’. The foresty dornfelder and aromatic müller-thurgau were pressed together, creating the prettiest pink hue. FUN FACT! In Germany this is called a ‘rotling’! A sincere and PERFECTLY ripe strawberry, geranium, green peppercorn spiced tannins, a cornbread kinda vegetal sweetness & a harmonica warbling along.
