Here, Yves Duport biodynamically farms 12 hectares of stunning, inherited vines with a massive respect for mother nature. Grapes are picked at the end of harvest, when they are reddish-brown, close to sur-maturité (over-maturity) to capture their richness and power. Grass-fed sheep yoghurt with honey, eucalyptus, ripe nectarine, grapefruit rind & finger lime segments. Pour alongside anything dipped in ranch.
