“DAS JUICE” sounds like something Arnold Schwarzenegger would say as he crushed a pineapple in each hand before throwing them over the White Cliffs of Dover & licking his forearms. In actuality it is a winemaking project from James Audas & Tom Sheer. Always made with maximum drinkability in mind, all of their wines are sourced from some of the best organic and biodynamic vineyards around South Australia (they also made a sneaky special wine in Beaujolais!). From two organic vineyards, all the grapes were hand picked and whole bunch carbonically macerated for two weeks before being pressed to tank for a slow, natural fermentation. Blueberry jam, underripe black plums, black mulberries, black cherry, arugula-green-spice & featherweight tannins flapping in the breeze. Ideal with a chill & a copy of Beside magazine in your effortless lil paws.
