Booking Policies
We love to host you!
From intimate gatherings to birthday bashes to full buyouts we love to plan a good party. Please inquire with as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment.
We require at least two weeks' notice for all event bookings. We are happy to hold a date for you up until one week prior to the event - at that time, a 50% deposit will be due to secure the booking. We'll have a contract for you to sign and the final amount will be due the day of your event. For Virtual events, a final guest list with delivery info is required one week prior to the event date. Clients are welcome to reschedule their event date with 7 days’ notice, at no charge, by notifying events@grapewitches.com. Rescheduling after 7 days will incur an additional $150.00 admin fee. Cancellations received after this time will forfeit the 50% deposit provided.

Hourly Rate:
Weekdays until 5 PM: $100
Evenings & Weekends: $200
Cleaning Fee: $150
Service Options: Full Service required for parties 20 & over
Capacity: 30 People
Details: Events with service will have a minimum spend of $50/guest & auto gratuity of 20%, no outside alcohol permitted, catering welcome

5 Hour Rate:
Sunday - Thursday: $3000
Friday & Saturday: $6000
Cleaning Fee: $250
Service Options: Walk-Up Bar
Capacity: 50 seated or 70 standing
Details: Minimum spend $50/guest & auto gratuity of 20% (No minimum spend for Education Hour), no outside alcohol permitted, catering welcome

7 Hour Rate: $12000
Additional Hrs: $1000
Cleaning Fee: $500
Service Options: Walk-Up Bar
Capacity: 80 people or 170 during patio availability
