We love to host you!
From intimate gatherings to birthday bashes to full buyouts, we love to plan a good party. Looking for an Education Hour or a custom tasting? Yes, we do that too! We have three rentable spaces depending on your needs and budget.

Our Spaces

The Salon

Our most popular and affordable option! Newly-renovated and located just above our shop, the Salon is a chic and cozy venue for gatherings of 30 guests and under that includes a kitchen and its own bathroom. Like the coolest house party meets exclusive lounge. Perfect for corporate and small private events or intimate dinners.

The Back Patio

Gorgeous! Weather proofed! Ready for your weddings, birthdays, or any dang reason! Nestled behind our space is one of Toronto's dreamiest back patios complete with fountain and fully retractable shade structure. A private garden oasis right off Dundas Street West with standing space for 70 and seated space for 55.

Full Buyout

Includes our upstairs salon, back patio (during the spring-fall season) and gorgeous shop and bar! This option is perfect if you are holding a big event! We got you! Two floors and a massive outside space with capacity for 140 and five bathrooms at your disposal.

Drinks:
For wine/alcohol, you can pre-purchase any bottles from the shop (including non-alc, beer & fortified options). The event lead can help with product selections, working within the provided budget. We can keep these on ice for you in the salon so they're ready to drink. We do not allow outside alcohol. With the service options, you do have the ability to have a glass menu to order from, in a cash bar set up.

Service Options:
Parties with under 20 guests can have self-serve (pre-order bottles or purchase bottles from the shop and have a more private space) or walk-up service ($35/hour).
Parties with over 20 guests have a minimum spend of $35/person.

Catering
You are welcome to bring in catering. Our salon kitchen is stocked with plates, cutlery, napkins & serving platters, all the things you need. You do have access to fridge space, oven & stove if needed. We need a weeks’ notice for catering to ensure we are fully stocked on all supplies & staffing. If staff is needed for any food handling or serving there is a $10/person plating fee.

GW Snacks
Snacks from the GW menu can be pre-ordered or available for ordering through the walk-up bar (when applicable). We have a rotating menu based on seasonal availability, you can see our current menu here.

Sunday - Wednesday: $3000 5hr minimum
Thursday-Saturday: $6000 5hr minimum
Additional hours: $750 per hour

Minimum Spends
12-5 PM, no minimum spend (Monday-Friday)
5-11 PM & weekends, $50/pp minimum spend

Cleaning Fee: $250

Service Options
Walk-Up Bar (included in base price). Auto gratuity of 20%

Agency Tastings

Need the perfect spot to host your next agency tasting or event? Get in touch to book!
Available: 11am - 4pm weekdays
Price: $150 flat rate

Community Events

We are happy to provide discounted rental rates to our community network and partners - please get in touch for more information on rates and availability.
50% off Sunday - Thursday for the salon, Monday-Thursday for the patio with pre-approval before offering.

Our Policies

We require at least two weeks' notice for all event bookings. We are happy to hold a date for you up until one week prior to the event - at that time, a 50% deposit will be due to secure the booking. We'll have a contract for you to sign and the final amount will be due the day of your event. Clients are welcome to reschedule their event date with 7 days’ notice, at no charge, by notifying events@grapewitches.com. Rescheduling after 7 days will incur an additional $150.00 admin fee. Cancellations received after this time will forfeit the 50% deposit provided.
