We love to host you!

Our Salon

20 people seated
30 people standing

12pm - 11pm (2hr minimum)

Weekday (10:00am - 5:00pm): $100/hr
Evenings (5:00pm - 11:00pm) & Weekends: $200/hr

Cleaning Fee: $150

Parties with under 20 guests can have self-serve (pre-order bottles or purchase bottles from the shop and have a more private space) or walk-up service ($50/hour).

Parties with over 20 guests have a minimum spend of $50/person, and will include walk-up service and 20% Auto gratuity.

Catering
You are welcome to bring in catering. Our salon kitchen is stocked with plates, cutlery, napkins & serving platters, all the things you need. You do have access to fridge space, oven & stove if needed. We need a weeks’ notice for catering to ensure we are fully stocked on all supplies & staffing. If staff is needed for any food handling or serving there is a $10/person plating fee.

GW Snacks
Snacks from the GW menu can be pre-ordered or available for ordering through the walk-up bar (when applicable). We have a rotating menu based on seasonal availability, you can see our current menu here.

Monday - Thursday Daytime Rate (12-4 PM): $500/hr
NO Daytime rate Friday, Saturday & Sunday; full buyout rate applies

Full Buyout Prices:

Sunday - Wednesday: $3000 5hr minimum
Thursday-Saturday: $6000 5hr minimum
Additional hours: $750 per hour

Minimum Spends:
12-5 PM, no minimum spend (Monday-Friday)
5-11 PM & weekends, $50/pp minimum spend

Cleaning Fee: $250

Walk-Up Bar (included in base price). Auto gratuity of 20%

Catering

Education Hours

Private Education Hour

Available in the Salon only, during open hours.
Price: $700 Flat rate
Includes: Education Hour with a GW host for 2 hours in the salon space, with 4 bottles of wine which accommodates up to 20 guests. Additional bottles will be charged extra.
If you are looking for additional time, hourly rates apply after 2hrs. If you want to bring in food that requires service, a plating fee will apply.

Our Space

Already planning on a private booking in our space? You can add an Education Hour to any of your bookings: Salon, Patio, Shop or Full-Closure.

Tastings

Mini-Tasting

Level up your next night out!
Price: $150 + flights of wine
Includes: A 30 minute tasting in our shop guided by a GW staff that will lead you through 4 wines from our current By The Glass menu. Payment covers the table hold & staff time. Be sure to confirm staff are available prior to booking.

Off-Site Tastings

Off-site events may have additional fees applied such as travel, glassware rental, education hosting or speaking fees. Get in touch to learn more about our off-site offerings.

Community Events

We are happy to provide discounted rental rates to our community network and partners - please get in touch for more information on rates and availability.
50% off Sunday - Thursday for the salon, Monday-Thursday for the patio with pre-approval before offering.

Our Policies

We require at least two weeks' notice for all event bookings. We are happy to hold a date for you up until one week prior to the event - at that time, a 50% deposit will be due to secure the booking. We'll have a contract for you to sign and the final amount will be due the day of your event. Clients are welcome to reschedule their event date with 7 days’ notice, at no charge, by notifying events@grapewitches.com. Rescheduling after 7 days will incur an additional $150.00 admin fee. Cancellations received after this time will forfeit the 50% deposit provided.
