The spiced, rich, fredonia grapes were foot-stomped and pressed to be co-fermented with direct-pressed, citric, verdant aberarder and floral, honeyed frontenac gris, plus a small addition of whole clusters of frontenac gris steeped like tea bags into hot water. FUN FACT! Aberarder is an NEW, Ontario-born, cold-climate variety coming directly from its only grower to date, Alton Farms Estate Winery in Plympton-Wyoming, ON! Fresh stalks of rhubarb seasoned with sweet spices, riverside wildflowers, cranberry harvest, melange of mints, gum-ball machine, sturdy minerality \u0026amp; the perkiest, pretty as can be bubbles.
