The ‘Côte de Brouilly’ is an old vine stunner from their domaine’s pink granite soils (yes, we’ve licked the rocks) that spent eight months carbonically macerating, then moved to their underground cellar to age in century-old foudres. FUN FACT! The ‘Côte de Brouilly’ (previously titled ‘100% Cotton’) was the first cuvée Pierre made and remains the emblematic wine of the domaine! HARD CHERRY, kirsch cola, cherry wood smoke, elderberry season, a liquorice-reminiscent perceived sweetness, tree bark, strawberry coulis, many black rocks, cacao, soil \u0026amp; a pliable structure, like a bite of deep-fried soft-shell crab.
