The family tends to their 12 hectares of certified organic and biodynamic vines, which are spread over four villages around San Marzano Oliveto in Piemonte with a specific focus on barbera d'asti and moscato d’asti. ‘Completo’ is a blend of tart, deep barbera, aromatic, structured freisa, juicy, mineral dolcetto and spiced, tannic grignolino. The two-bottle-in-one-bag format is super environmentally friendly (the majority of a wine’s carbon footprint comes from the glass it’s in!), and also super handy for keeping this wine fresh, whether it’s packed in a camping backpack or tucked in the fridge for a ready to pour banger.
