The grapes for ‘Sang de Corb’ or “crow’s blood” come from the family’s \"El Dellà del Riu” plot, and are over 65 years old, planted between almond, apple and olive trees on clay-limestone soils. A blend of co-fermented, grenache noir, lledoner pelut (also called hairy grenache!) and carignan, aged for a year in foudres and demi johns to bring us to a place of supple scrumptiousness.
