Working out of Keenan’s organic family winery where he has been the head winemaker since 2013, the core of this project is a love of grape growing and complex, gluggable wines. Always purchasing (the slowly disappearing) pristine organic fruit from local farmers & doing as little as possible to them, this organic chard from Cawston, BC spent 18 months on its lees collecting a weighty, bake-sale ready backbone. FUN FACT! Our writer Jas helped disgorge and bottle this SCRUMPTIOUS cuvée earlier this year!! Watch our disgorging reel on the GW instagram! Buttered toast, lemon filling, pineapple ring acidity, crumbly spiced biscuits, stones in the sun & tenacious, prickling bubbles that purse the light florality up into our schnozes. Enjoy while picking raspberries in your grandparents’ backyard.
