Each vintage is an exploration of grape, region and style and we look forward to their teeny-tiny annual release every year! The 50\/50 blend of concentrated, aromatic muscat and mineral, tart mauzac is grown on a sandy-limestone plot near Limoux and left whole-cluster for (approx.) two weeks of skin-contact, then aged for over a year in sandstone amphora tying it back to the ground. Mangos and so many flowers, so concentrated, mineral muchness, a tangerines n’ cream fullness, then grip, like rough tree bark, with salt \u0026amp; acid peeking out at you.
