Like drinking a day trip to the Amalfi coast, savour your time, but know that you can come back. Gifted winemaker Elisabetta Foradori is experienced, acclaimed & infinitely worth all the hype. These organic grapes are treated with biodynamic practices, and grown on clay-limestone soils for a rich mineral underbelly. Manzoni Bianco is a crossing between Riesling and Pinot Blanc & has yummy, waxy-chenin vibes. Macerated for seven days in concrete to extract gentle tannic structure from the skins, and then aged in acacia wood. Straw yellow, ancient riverbed, spiced, underripe peaches, jasmine flowers & caramel dipped pears. Drink after decanting (aka throw the wine into a large vessel of *almost* any kind to get a lot of oxygen contact!) for a lil bit & see where that takes you!
