The fieldtrip of our dreams is coming! We are THRILLED to charter TWO comfy buses from Toronto to Guelph for a celebration of hybrids, fruit wines & nice times with the nicest people. Located in Guelph and want to skip the bus & join the party? Come on by to Revel from 5:30 PM on - no tickets needed! For everyone else, join us at 1251 Dundas Street West (the parkling lot just a few doors west of our Dundas shop!) for a 4 PM sharp departure from Toronto to Revel Cider's gorgeous bar and production facility in Guelph. En route, we LEARN. Each bus will be stewarded by TWO incredible makers and GW guide with a five wine Education Hour presented en route. You have TWO options below. A bus taught by Revel's visionary and maker Tariq Ahmed, along with one-half of Montreal duo Lieux Communs, Dan Gillis, travelling all the way from Montreal to share their powerfully delicious border-bending fruit and grape blends OR a bus taught by Drea Scotland, the brilliant mind behind one of Canadian's buzziest new projects, Drinks Farm with the other half of the Lieux team, Guillaume Laliberté. More on each of the sessions below! We want to attend them BOTH. Then, we'll arrive to Revel around 5:30 for a party! Expect delicious food vendors, a great DJ, & a killer by the glass with hidden gems from Revel, Drinks Farm, Lieux Communs & a who's who of hybrid fruit blends from around the world. We'll then return to Toronto at 8:45 or 9 PM - select your preference at check out! As we have to deal in bus sized portions of people, majority rules! If most folks want a certain time your time may be adjusted 30 minutes earlier or later. We will confirm your bus so you know when you're being shepparded home! Your ticket includes a bus ride to and from Toronto as well as your producer led Education Hour (with sips) & a snack and non-alc sip on the way home. Additional wine and food will be availalbe to purchase at Revel.

DREA @ DRINKS FARM: Join brilliant winemaker and farmer Drea Scotland to talk the future of sustainable wine in Ontario, exploring hybrids & North American grapes and why they deeply matter for our future. Bonus points: tips on how to make a carboy of wine at home! Get into this juicy, rich session all while sipping her second release from her PEC project, an instant industry darling.

DANIEL GILLIS & GUILLAUME LALIBERTÉ @ LIEUX COMMUNS: We are honoured to be graced with the presence of buzzy Quebec darlings Lieux Communs, here to showcase the powerfully delicious wines being made in Quebec & Ontario. The Quebec point of view on the future of wine, hybrids & Canadian wine.

This is a field trip to Revel's production facility and bar at 62 Dawson Road in Guelph. We'll board buses to and from our Dundas West shop where we'll offer a hybrid, fruit wine focussed moving education hour on a party bus taught by three incredible producers. We'll then stay for a party! Expect a great DJ, food trucks, a killer by the glass, lots of time to connect with the producers & DANCING. Buses home will leave a 8:30 & 9 PM. Rather find your own way and skip the bus? Come on by to Revel from 5:30 PM on, no tickets needed!

The party bus has three steep steps up & down. There is a bathroom on each bus. Gender neutral bathrooms are available at Revel with the bar and event taking place on the first floor & in their parking lot.
