While we can’t condone picking and snacking random tulips you come across, we can deeply recommend Garden Supply, a tulip vinegar soda with tinctures of holy basil and sweet fern. Drea took 4 year old cider-vinegar from collaborator and creative force Revel Cider and added fresh tulips and herbal tinctures. Her goal was to make a strange and savoury seasonal soda - Check mate. Holy basil lays down a rich, savoury base, sweet fern is green and earthy and the tulips add a spicy, romaine kick. 0.5% ABV | Gluten-free and vegan. Chill well before opening.
