Organic since 2020, the 10 hectares of estate vineyards spread across the Savigny-lès-Beaune and Corton appellations are planted primarily with pinot noir, plus smaller amounts of chardonnay and aligoté. Their ‘Les Grandes Picotins’ is made from 50 year-old vines on clay and limestone and aged in barrel for 18 months, then in bottle for six months before releasing to the world.
