Paìs, Maule Valley, Chile

A savoury, spicy rosé for all seasons. The GW House Wines are our newest collaboration with winemaker Roberto Echeverría, and the culmination of our dream to offer delicious and quality wines at excellent price points! Organically grown, the savoury and thin-skinned paìs is macerated for four-five days pulling more generous tannins than you would expect from its convivial colour! The granitic, sandy loam soils – formed by granite from the coastal mountains – are full of brilliant quartz and bestow minerality that pushes cleanly through the toothsome palate. Tomato-y, potpourri, stewed strawberry, crystalline minerality, fig leaf oil & a secluded, rough outcrop with a gnarly tree holding on for dear life. Enjoy with day old Chinese and last weeks New Yorker.

Petit Verdot, Viognier, Maule Valley, Chile

For lovers of the book ‘Journey to the Centre of the Earth’, spelunking & unexpected pairings (hellooo pickles dipped in chocolate pudding lovers). The GW House Wines are our newest collaboration with winemaker Roberto Echeverría, and the culmination of our dream to offer delicious and quality wines at stand out price points. Hand-picked, the organically grown dense and dark petit verdot (80%) is blended with rich and spicy viognier (20%), for a balance of dusk and luminescence – like a tunnel’s echo resounding deep into the Earth. All grapes are destemmed and the petit verdot is macerated for four days to pull tense and fraying tannins that loosen as they hit your tongue. Salmonberry, some UFFs (aka unidentified flying fruits), dustyyy spice cabinet, blackberry liquorice, little bit of mint stem, accidentally-biting-your-tongue bloody minerality & rich blueberry compote. Enjoy while filing your taxes (be they on time or a lil late), darning a pair of sox or just watching the sun’s shadows creep across your walls.

Mourvèdre, Chardonnay, Carignan, Syrah, Maule Valley, Chile

A positively de-LIGHT-ful red, to match your lightly wind-swept lil cheekies! Meet the fresh to market GW House Light Red, our newest collaboration with winemaker Roberto Echeverría, and the culmination of our dream to offer delicious and quality wines at more accessible price points! A melding of dense and meaty mourvèdre (60%), supple chardonnay (30%), spiced carignan (5%) & berried syrah (5%). The grapes were plucked from granitic, sandy loam soils formed by the granite-riddled coastal mountains, bestowing minerality that pushes cleanly through the inviting tannins. Sour candy, infinity pool sleek-ness, pointy acid that really encompasses the tongue, supple florals, like apple blossom, hibiscus puree, licking an amethyst, multi-fruit (berry + tropical) punch juice box. Stick this ripe beauty into the snow, slush or semi-deep puddle to chill down and consume while shovelling snow or folding laundry.

Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc, Maule Valley, Chile

A slinky, winter white for those whose white linen shirts somehow never get stained (lol jk it's for everyone!). Meet our GW House White, our newest collaboration with winemaker Roberto Echeverría, and the culmination of our dream to offer delicious and quality wines at more accessible price points! We flew all the way to Curicó Valley to blend this organic rich n’ spicy viognier (60%) and racy n’ herbal sauvignon blanc (40%), from ungrafted, pre-phylloxera French rootstock – a stunning (and tasty) rarity just about anywhere in the world. FUN FACT! Roberto says that these über fertile vineyard soils allow the vines to express all their vegetative and fruit potential (kind of like how a snake can only grows as big as its habitat, this wines got one expansive habitat, #reptilefacts). Processed separately, all grapes are destemmed with the sauvy b seeing a 25 day maceration extracting mouth-filling roundness, while also going through malolactic fermentation, adding a supple and lingering butteriness. Peach flowers, tidal pool minerality, herby soap dish, tropical acid, bitter melon rind & crunchy salt. Enjoy with a scallop crudo in your adorable (but futile) attempt to hold onto warmer weather wonderment.

Sauvignon Blanc, Maule Valley, Chile

It's here! Meet our GW House Orange, a collaboration with winemaker Roberto Echeverría many years in the making and the culmination of our dream to offer delicious and quality wines at excellent price points. We flew all the way to Curicó Valley to taste all the options and blend this cuvée. From two separate picks, the acid-rearing and herbaceous sauvy b is 100% destemmed, crushed and left on skins, partially for 25 days to focus on freshness, and the rest for 60 days to extract a more charactered mouthfeel. The end wine is smooth and textured, much like a growing snake shedding its skin. Allowed to go through malolactic fermentation, this orange doesn’t shy from creamy-richness, which fills out and appeases our plushness-craving palates. Candied oranges, lil coniferous, dusty attic, mandarin lemonade, a dollop of cream, white strawberry airhead & muddy rock minerality. Enjoy with veggie delights of all kinds, roasted, steamed or raw.
