A direct-pressed blend of berried and savoury blaufränkisch (50%), earthy, spiced st. laurent (40%) and juicy, tart rotburger (10%) that were fermented in stainless steel and moved to bottle before the ferment was over to trap irresistibly melancholic bubbles – we just wanna give them a hug, and be hugged in return.
