He lives by a no-rules approach (same!!) where he never makes the same wine the same way. Instead he lets the rascal grapes lead the way! In this case, opulent roussanne grapes – skins, flesh, seeds \u0026amp; stems – spent about two weeks stewing it up before they were pressed and sent to neutral oak barrels to import some delicious width.
