Before orange wine had a young n’ hip following, Jean-Yves was a serious early adopter and with this wine especially, you can tell he’s honed it as a specialty! ‘Les Oeillets’ grapes are picked late in the season, meaning they’re some of his ripest, and after five-ish days of carbonic maceration (for poppy aromas) the wine is aged in terracotta amphora for a year, bringing in even more savoury earth! Get ready for a parade of TEXTURE.
