From one of Burgundy’s hottest up-and-comers comes this wistful & cloudy Chardonnay, a mesmerizing twist on a classic. After working in the Beaune, Julien Altaber joined Domaine Derain, a leading natural biodynamic winemaker in Saint Aubin, where he worked every position until the Domaine’s namesake retired, allowing him to purchase the winery – a natural progression for both! From 30 year old vines, grapes were wild fermented & aged in barrel for 6 months on its lees before being bottled unfined, unfiltered and without sulphur. Floral, fresh and fierce like a provocative perfume commercial with a feral snarl of natty, wild energy – the slice of green apple in a Starbucks fruit & cheese box that smells slightly like cheese, limoncello, fistful of dried thyme, white tea ‘bucha, concrete jungle. Such a wine bar wine, like something we’d swig on a barrel-as-table to 80s electro-pop.

Delivery:
For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.
If you would like your item delivered on a certain day, please let us know at checkout.
For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.
We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
*Although we will always do our best to offer free shipping when possible, customers in especially remote locations may be contacted for additional delivery fees.
