BIG Raptors fan!) and Florien Kleine Snuverink are simply the sweetest duo, working together for almost a decade to produce distinguished, vibrant and whole-hearted representations of the historic region from their organic and biodynamically tended grapes. The ploussard vines are between 11 and 50 years-old, grown on grey and red (from iron!) marls, picked by hand and fermented on skins for two weeks to pull fruity tannins and spiced seasoning. Cranberry crazed, woody spices in plastic packages, dried orange rind, violets, the bottom of a well, red tea with a spot of cream, pea tendril greenness \u0026amp; fleshy, persimmon tannins.
