Everything is made in Martin’s grandfather’s old underground cellar, the farming and harvesting carried out by the whole family. Martin produly spends 95% of his time outside, tending his pristine 5.2 hectares. From old riesling vines in their limestone-heavy “U bunkru” vineyard in Šatov (inside the National Park!), the grapes were hand-picked, direct-pressed, fermented and matured in old oak barrels with nothing added or removed at any point to let the land and grape shine through.
