In 2018, Tyler began fermenting under Neon Eon with the same family taught wine-morals. Organic merlot, sourced from a single vineyard in Kaleden, B.C. 50% whole cluster & 50% destemmed giving and juicy Merlot grapes were macerated for 10 days before a gentle pressing to finish fermentation in neutral oak puncheons (or large wood casks).
