Her labels are adorned by pivotal figures from her time as a dancer, with this one featuring José Limón (1908 - 1972), a Mexican-American dancer and choreographer, celebrated for his deeply human, lyrical movement and powerful stage presence! The pinot gris was gently direct pressed and aged between concrete and oak barrels for 11 months to soften and develop.
