Malbec, Grenache, Cinsault & Muscat, Cahors, France | A gift from the chillable-red heavens, in a conveniently sized litre format! Fabien is a fifth generation winemaker working with 44 acres of organic and biodynamic vineyards in the mountains of Cahors, southwest France. Made with equal parts floral cinsault, opulent grenache and —Fabien’s specialty— the plump and smokey malbec, plus musky muscat of Hamburg (a red grape!) all macerated for one week, and aged in concrete for six months to meld into juicy oblivion. The vines are 35 years old on average, grown organically and planted on clay-limestone hillsides that offer a cool minerality to the wine. Purple butterfly pea kisses, strawberry kiwi yogen früz, many tangy raspberries, floral notes, pulverized shells. Enjoy while wearing a lycra onesie & stretching your hammies.
Chardonnay, Sauvignon Gris, Colombard, Marsanne & Roussanne, Cahors, France | “Nectar des Dieux” translates to ‘nectar of the gods’, and we think the celtic deity of wine, Sucellus, would slurp down a bottle like this one just fine. Fabien is a fifth generation winemaker working with 44 acres of organic and biodynamic vineyards in the mountains of Cahors, southwest France. Partially destemmed glitzy chardonnay, obscure sauvignon gris and acid-swinging colombard, while marmalade-y marsanne and full-bodied roussanne see one month of whole bunch maceration in concrete to amp up texture & aromatics. Flowers wrapped in plastic by the clerk, shamrock rose lantana, underripe ataulfo mango, pear saltwater taffy, citrus slushy & lactic undercurrents. Enjoy by the litre during a make believe wine tasting with the family of seven raccoons living in your backyard.
Orders in Toronto (M Postal Code) placed before 8 pm will arrive in 1-3 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 8pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking.
Ontario wide-delivery varies depending on location but takes an average of 5 business days, but may be longer depending on remote locations.
We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion.
Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
