A blend of darkly berried, spiced blaufränkisch and tangy, herbaceous rotburger that were aged in oak puncheons for four years, and the savoury, French-American hybrid red grape chambourcin and earthy, verdant cab franc fermented between clay amphora, and stainless steel. Leafy wild blackberry bush, vanilla pod scrape, freshly harvested raspberries, blackberries, blackcurrants \u0026amp; a fine structure of grape-y tannins.
