Mathilde and Florian Beck-Hartweg are gifted young winemakers practicing organic farming, minimal intervention cellar work & a no-till stance on soil cultivation. Pinot blanc, auxerrois, and riesling all hand-harvested from aromatic-encouraging silt soils. Bottled with a dosage to kickstart secondary fermentation (aka champagne method), and aged 36 months in bottle on plush lees, before disgorging for a crystal clear finished wine. Honeysuckle, caramel toast, green and yellow apple, driving minerality, yarrow flowers, anise & apricot skin. Enjoy with anything wrapped in puff pastry.

Muscat, Pinot Noir & Pinot Gris, Alsace, France

Unnaturally delectable, this sparkling puppy is undisgorged, unfiltered & unforgettable! Mathilde and Florian Beck-Hartweg are gifted, young winemakers practicing organic farming in a tiny, Alsatian town, RIPE with winemaking history. It is of the utmost importance that each wine displays terroir on its sleeve, plentiful and proud for us all to drink it in. Grown on pink granite soils at the base of a hill, the grapes are harvested together, de-stemmed, and macerated for 12 hours before pressing. Bottled before fermentation was done to trap spritely CO2 and left un-disgorged to really lock in texture and aromatics. Tangy raspberry soda, sour plum candies, browning apple & the feeling of your cheeks tingling as they fill with saliva. Enjoy with warm pretzels, mustard & wacky jazz.

Delivery:
For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays. 

If you would like your item delivered on a certain day, please let us know at checkout.

For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.

We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.

*Although we will always do our best to offer free shipping when possible, customers in especially remote locations may be contacted for additional delivery fees.
