FUN FACT! The extremely slopes of the region result in the vines only being worked by hand! Hand picked from their \"vulture slate\" vineyard, which is planted to 65-year-old vines in a cooler valley of the Mosel, the wine spends eleven months on the lees and comes to us with a titillating 12g\/l of residual sugar, which perfectly balances the racy acidity.
