You might be wondering, “Hey, where’s the Pinot Gris I’ve come to know and love?” It will be back, we promise! But we couldn’t help switching it up to share the extra-juicy ‘Splash’ in it’s very last year of production, so experience this fleeting, ephemeral treasure while you can! Naturally fermented with 5 days of semi-carbonic maceration, then aged and bottled without fining or filtration. Like Sunny D without the citrus, this zesty, slightly fuzzy orange wine drinks like a beachy postcard wishing we were there – mandarin orange and its leaves, red apple, raspberry, orange blossom and peach iced tea tannins. With only 100 cases made, this limited-edition wine is cannonballing straight into the pool, a memory of summer most fleeting.
