This pleasantly tart sparkler comes from 4th-generation winemaker Matteo Furlani, working out of the mountainous Dolomites in Trentino, northeastern Italy. Farming biodynamically from high-altitude sites, these soaring alpine treasures have this pure, lifted & enigmatic quality to them, the product of tradition blended with the avant-garde, a very Miu. . .

Farming biodynamically from high-altitude sites, these soaring alpine treasures have this pure, lifted & enigmatic quality to them, the product of tradition blended with the avant-garde, a very Miuccia Prada meets Raf Simons moment. Pinot Gris grapes was twice-fermented for six months in stainless steel tanks and bottled without filtration or added sugar or sulphur. Neat & precise like an ice-cold Vesper with a neon orange-pink hue & spicy notes of clove-studded tangerine, limoncello, orange blossom & something green growing out of a rock. So airy & fresh-faced, you’d think you just took a vacation to the Alps.
