There’s a real spirited quality to this crystalline & complex cider from Swiss legend Jacques Perritaz, a former biologist making incredible ciders out of the Canton of Fribourg, a place known more for cheese than cider. He forages fruit from over 150 trees, all regional varieties from old, high-branched trees with exceptionally small yields, harvested only every other year. Bracing and refreshing, one wonders how they managed to bottle cold mountain air & you know what, maybe oxygen bars were actually a good idea after all. Lightly macerated and clarified with natural mushroom extract, followed by a partial fermentation with native yeasts and bottled with no added sulphur. Pitch perfect balance of sweetness, bright acidity and ripe, Golden Delicious apples with perky pet-nat bubbles and a twinge of herbaceous floral funk. Drinks nice and easy like a conversation with European backpackers looking for a good time.

Free Pickup is available at our shop, any day that we are open. Find our current operating hours here. 

Delivery:
For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays. 

If you would like your item delivered on a certain day, please let us know at checkout.

For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.

We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.

*Although we will always do our best to offer free shipping when possible, customers in especially remote locations may be contacted for additional delivery fees.
