Learn about the different methods of producing rosé and how to describe your favourite style, while sipping excellent examples from around the world. 

This session will be led by GW co-founder and one of Toronto's most in demand sommeliers, Krysta Oben who has written the excellent wine lists at Paris Paris, And/ore and beyond and Waterworks GM Alexia David, who comes to us from some of Vancouver's very best restaurants including Michelin-star winning Burdock & Co.

All event tickets are non-refundable. Four free community tickets for BIPOC folks available for every Education Hour. This is at our Waterworks location.

This seated, 75 minute Education Hour takes place in the Waterwork’s East Annex co-working space - a hop, skip and a jump from our gorgeous second location. Enter from Brand or Maud Street and follow the signs. Please note all event tickets are non-refundable.

This event is accessible with easy access parking downstairs and elevators on site. Gender neutral bathrooms are on the parking level.  Water and spittoons will be provided. Ample (delicious!) food available to purchase in the hall.
