This is their contribution to its second wind, nostalgia… more like NEWSTALGIA! FUN FACT! This bottle is sealed with organic beeswax from Christoph’s village in Württemberg! A 50\/50 blend of berried, earthy domina and floral, herbaceous müller-thurgau purchased from a friend going through organic certification. The grapes were destemmed and blended together for a three day maceration. They started to ferment lightly before pressing, before being aged for 11 months in used barrels and six months in bottle before coming to us. Cranberries in a cave, mountainside herbs, cherry viscosity, strawberry jam familiarity, a homemade paper texture \u0026amp; cooling minerality.
