Sauvignon Blanc, Styria, Austria | Of course we are all hyper familiar with international wine grape celebrity Sauvignon Blanc who has graced all of our palates countless times in its New Zealand (Bachelorette Seasons 1 thru 3 vibes) & Loire Valley (icy chic Betty Draper meets Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy on figure skates) incarnations, but Vom Opok is the cool kid Sauvignon Blanc that will make you want to ignore NZ and Loire’s texts forever. Grown from old vines on the marl & clay Opok soils, this Sauvy B is spontaneously fermented & aged in old oak for 18 months, with no sulfur added at any time. This is the Sauvignon Blanc that taught you how to French kiss & somehow shows up in every short story you’ve ever written. Fragrant white lilies, canned pineapple upside down cake, coconut + whipped cream salad, lemon curd & ocean water are the love poem you’ll write on a ripped out piece of binder paper in turquoise gel pen.

Chardonnay, Styria, Austria | Ewald and Brigitte Tscheppe's farm ‘Werlitsch' has become a synonym for some of the world’s greatest white wines. Handpicked from old vines on the marl & clay Opok soils – a local chalky marl, which builds the foundation of the land, giving the wines their singular character. Morillon (aka Chardonnay) is destemmed, and lightly macerated before going through malolactic fermentation (getting creamy!) and ageing for two years with its lees (getting complex!). This chard is ruggedly classic and can taste its own humanity, like Heathcliff in Wuthering Heights, that tortured antihero archetype we will never let go of. Whispering Vichy in your ear, sweet blossoms at night, ginger cream, PITH, papaya mist, chalk dust, marshmallow root & a gentle brine in the background. Open on the eve of your next birthday, this one is for saluting the future & disentangling the past.

Welschriesling, Styria, Austria | Despite the fact that the word Riesling is blatantly in its name, Welschriesling bears no relation to the other great Riesling we all know & love. Welschriesling is way more chilled out than regs Riesling, delicately aromatic & mutable, stylistically more akin to a Sylvaner or even a Chard. In this case, old oak & the distinct minerality of the Scheppes’ Opok soils (a mixture of limestone and clay, rich in minerals and marine fossils) imparts the grape with smokiness, style & complexity. Farmed biodynamically with no fining, filtration, or sulfites, this a perky little ponytail of a white, your most wholesome & agreeable pal, who knows the rules to every card game & always remembers to text you on your ‘friendship anniversary.’ The nose offers a light musk of yesterday’s perfume: aloe water, salty dried algae on a cliff, hint-of-a-hint of lime zest, stalactite prickles & under-its-breath vanilla whispers.

Delivery:
For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.

For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.

We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
