Education Hour Soil Series: Limestone
Kicking off the first of our two-part Education Hour series on soil is perhaps the most famous vineyard soil of them all. Limestone is synonymous with chiseled elegance, linear length, and some of the most celebrated wine regions around the world. Let’s spend some time in the lime-light exploring the threads between place and the textural elements that unite these wines in the glass.

Education Hour Soil Series: Volcanic
The second of our two-part Education Hour series on soil. Wine starts in the soil, so put on your geologist's hat and let’s get our hands dirty as we explore a different way to connect and deepen our relationship with wine! Is anything more thrilling than wine made from a literal VOLCANO?!

Education Hour: New Germany with Andi Weigand
A young German natural wine phenom in the house! We're thrilled to welcome dynamic grower and maker Andi Weigand to our salon for a producer-led tasting. Andi took over from his dad in Franken in 2015, moving to organics and natural winemaking since 2018. Get on a first name basis with silvaner - the most important grape in Franken and try *maybe* the oldest Muller Thurgau ever made, plus much more. There is nothing better than learning directly from the maker and we can't wait to bring this session to you.

A sake workshop for the curious, dive into the imagination of cutting-edge brewers and farmers, while talking sake styles, hybrid rice varieties, changing rice polish, climate change & so much more!

Education Hour: Alpine Italy with Furlani
An Italian Alpine star producer in the house! We are beyond jazzed to welcome fourth-generation winemaker Matteo Furlani to Toronto for the very first time! We'll explore Matteo's unique perspective from the heart of the Dolomite mountains, where he makes evocative low-intervention wines from limestone-loaded sites flanked by whistling mountain vistas (okay!).
