A dense, chewy & enchanting red for all occasions. Cousins and winemakers Juan Diez Bulnes and Santiago Matallana Bulnes work on the eastern edge of Spain’s Sierra de Gredos mountains, located a skip and a hop from Madrid and famed for their dense, but lifted wines. A lushly-berried and herbaceous grenache dominant blend (90%), with rich and tactile tempranillo (10%), from 50-90 year old vines. Fermented with 75% stems for bumped up texture and grip, before a lengthy maceration of up to 65 days. A quintessential expression of the area and its rugged, sandy and granitic vineyards. Stew of cherries, cherry stones and strawberries, delicate spice, blood orange fritz, leather harness & exploding liquorice. Enjoy with braised beef & roasted rapini.

Free Pickup is available at our shop, any day that we are open. Find our current operating hours here. 

Delivery:
For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays. 

If you would like your item delivered on a certain day, please let us know at checkout.

For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.

We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.

*Although we will always do our best to offer free shipping when possible, customers in especially remote locations may be contacted for additional delivery fees.
