A salty powerful white begging to impress a room. Juan Jesús of Viñátigo is a fourth generation winemaker who has spent the last thirty years identifying and cultivating regional grapes of the Canary Islands from near extinction. He is now joined by his son, Jorge, who champions heroic winemaking in some of the most incredible sites on the islands. The 'Lomo de la Era' is plucked from one of those sites, a single plot in the western part of the Orotava Valley on sandy, silty and of course, the defining, basalt soils. A deliberate step of pre-fermentation oxidation is carried out for some savoury influx, and left undisturbed on lees for nine months to lock in texture. FUN FACT! Only 2,320 bottles were produced, and we got 12! Dusty minerality, actually good smelling potpourri, vibrant citric kicks, brazil nut, ash & pungent white and yellow fruits. For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.

For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.
We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
