His nearly 100 bee hives range the Alpine slopes from 1800 feet all the way up to 4500 feet; he produces more honey than wine! The prancing nebbiolo is left on skins for 20 days to pull taut tannins you can really sink your hiking boots into. Violets, cooked cherry, white strawberries, dried, wild herbs, mountain pass & pine forest.
