The Mas Candi vineyards have been farmed for over 500 years but in 2006, Ramon Jané, his wife Mercí Cuscó and their pal, Toni Carbó decided to stop selling to enormous bulk Cava producers and bottle their gorgeous fruit under their own name. They organically farm a number of regional varietals in Alt Penedés, alongside culty Cava producers like Raventos who have since adopted the newer Conca del Riu Anoia appellation. Baudili is part of the ‘Ramon Jané’ side project, a series of zero-zero wines—made without fining, filtration, additions or sulphites—that veer towards us, lovers of wildly delicious, low-intervention wines, nothing against the classics, of course! Jasmine flowers, apricot, lemon pith, grapefruit zest, lime blossom, Granny Smiths & a whiff of lanolin with a dazzling acidity from the Xarel-lo. For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.
If you would like your item delivered on a certain day, please let us know at checkout.
For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.
We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
