The haute couture child of collaboration between Benoît Doussot and mentor Bertrand Gautherot of the legendary Vouette & Sorbée. A precise & multidimensional wine made from out-of-the-way parcels in Champagne’s southern Côte des Bar village, Buxières-sur-Acre, giving us a rich, deep & silken delicacy in ‘Boréal’. Grown organically on north-facing, strongly calcareous soils with clay and loam accents, we can see the supreme Burgundian minerality and finesse take form. Somewhere over the rainbow, between white, red and yellow fruits, fathomless layered undergrowth & an ambergris umami garland. Vibrating tension keeps you hanging on every toothsome syllable, and repeating them to yourself long after the last drop. Delivery:
For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.
If you would like your item delivered on a certain day, please let us know at checkout.
For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.
We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
