“DAS JUICE” sounds like something Mozart could have said in celebration as he finished composing ‘Requiem’, though this is just a hunch. Das Juice is in fact a winemaking project by James Audas & Tom Sheer producing bevies that are high in drinkability and low in ecological impact. A blend of green-fruited sauvignon blanc (40%), zippy riesling (45%) and a dollop of waxy semillon (15%), all of which were hand-picked over the course of a week in the Adelaide Hills. The fruit was de-stemmed, pressed to tank for a slow natural ferment & left on lees for six months to add some integrated texture to this quaffable treat. Grapefruit peaks, mineral midpoints and herbaceous caverns, dotted with lime cordial, salt crystals, kiwi & pineapple weed. For the fans of New Zealand-style Sauvy b’s (but make it natty!), crank your radiator to max & lounge in your tub.

For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.

For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.
We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
