Your middle school crush, whose head you would stare at adoringly in every class after you were done pretending to pay attention. ‘AMI’ is a joint venture between two friends, winemaker Willy (an expert in all things Cote de Beaune) & magnetic Paul who studied tasting philosophy between Paris and London. The plot is in Chassey-le-Camp (near Roman ruins!) on sandy-clay soils over limestone, that impart clever & structural minerality to this Burg. The grapes are harvested from organic 45yr old vines, that are whole bunch macerated for 13 to 15 days, with light daily punching down (to extract tannin) before a year of old-barrel aging. Concentrated ruby, slightly animalistic, melting red fruits, tactful acidity & supple tannins. Decant for immediate pleasure and pair with smoked duck & dill roasted beets or tuck away with plans to gift future you something truly great.

Delivery:
For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.
If you would like your item delivered on a certain day, please let us know at checkout.
For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.
We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
