Rosdahl insists harvesting every grape himself, working without machinery or electricity & never employing chemicals or sulphur at any point – an incredibly hands-on approach with a deft, inspired touch. From a nearby, now-uprooted plot, this is the only vintage from those vines – an elegantly floral expression of Syrah farmed at 850-1050m above sea level.
