That’s talent, baby! From the best Chardonnay parcels in Epernay and the Côte des Blancs, the grapes are hand-picked and fermented in foudres, then blended with 50% reserve wine and hand-disgorged without dosage. Lean, invigorating, complex & ruthlessly mineral-driven like the business end of an exceptionally sharp sabre, all glistening wet rocks & salty seaspray. Poached pear, lemon pith, almond brioche, raw hazelnut, classroom chalk & slate & a subtly spiced finish with lightning emoji acid and mother-of-pearl perlage. Endlessly pretty, devastatingly handsome & more than a bit dangerous, this Champagne is the bee’s knees if the bee was Megan Thee Stallion. Pair with white Laguiole steak knives & thousand thread count sheets.
