Sitting at the very top of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs is this heartening & freakin’ delicious Pouilly-Fuissé from legendary natural winemaker, Philippe Valette. Known for his wild, multi-dimensional takes on white Burgundy, this third-generation Domaine makes incredibly fancy, terroir-driven wines with a sly wink, as if we’re all in on the same, delicious joke. But there’s no funny business here, just a tour de force of rich, savoury fruit and mineral-rich texture. Wild fermented, aged in barrel for two years and bottled with minimal sulphur, this is heady and intoxicating. Midas’ golden apple, preserved lemon, macadamia cream, mineral water, fresh honeycomb & salty goat cheese with a silken, resinous finish. Pair with playing hooky and oysters on the half shell.

Delivery:
For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.
If you would like your item delivered on a certain day, please let us know at checkout.
For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.
We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
