A lesser-known appellation of Piedmont, featuring the ancient pelaverga grape variety, noted for its delicate pigmentation & charming aromatics. A winery that attempts to show their unique charms and terroir, not turn regional grapes into blown-out blockbusters. The bunches are de-stemmed for maceration and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Soft red raspberries, dried flower cotton candy, freeze dried strawberry, pink peppercorns, plum skin, thick woods & rose hips. Serve a lil chilled alongside some antipasti!
