Grapes are grown on brown soil & limestone in a cooler lakeside microclimate. Spontaneously fermented in open top vessels after being kept on the skins for 2 weeks, then further oak-aged. Delicate yet muscular: vanilla extract, juniper berry, cranberry chocolate bark, freshly-picked blackberry & iron.
