This sultry blend of Pineau d'Aunis is like a tattooed Brooklyn chef reading Blake in the French countryside. That’s probably because Laurent himself opened one of NYC’s first natural wine restaurants, before returning home to make his own incredible wine in the Loire Valley. #Blessed by his meticulous chef-y demeanour, this beauty is lighter than previous vintages – chewing on a toothpick, cranberry juice tannins, red delicious apple on asphalt, blackberry gastrique, dry rosemary, pepper & pine bark. Enjoy with charcoal grilled anything.
