A winter-ready rose, packed to the brim with fL@vOUr and ready for heartier meals. Since 2014 winemaker Pierre Cotton has been delivering organic and minimal intervention bojo babies, but it wasn’t until the addition of partner Marine Bonnet, an agronomist specialized in viticulture, that the winery took its final form in 2020. The youthful gamay and aromatic muscaris (much like its parent muskateller) are co-macerated for 10 days as they braid themselves into a charming friendship bracelet, the kind that never falls off. Orange sour keys, fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, sweetcorn silk, green tea bitters, cherry jello & mellow musk. Try with roasted carrots, fried sage & tahini dressing.

DRINK UP summarizes this dry and flawlessly fruit forward rosé. From New-Cali winemakers Shaunt and Diego, ‘Populis’ is their purchased fruit line from trusted organic growers in Mendocino, equally delicious & gluggable down to the last drop. The full malolactic fermentation balances this freshness with an unctuous mouthfeel and big-waterslide-length. A foundation of (70%) stone-fruited zinfandel, (15%) acid-slinging pinot gris, (10%) self-indulgent chardonnay & (5%) wistfully aromatic muscat. Pink guava, fruit punch jello, peach rings, rhubarb curd, rose trellis, stony minerality & grapefruit pith + skin tannins. Enjoy while slip-n’-slidin’ your afternoon away!

A savoury, spicy rosé for all seasons. The GW House Wines are our newest collaboration with winemaker Roberto Echeverría, and the culmination of our dream to offer delicious and quality wines at excellent price points! Organically grown, the savoury and thin-skinned paìs is macerated for four-five days pulling more generous tannins than you would expect from its convivial colour! The granitic, sandy loam soils – formed by granite from the coastal mountains – are full of brilliant quartz and bestow minerality that pushes cleanly through the toothsome palate. Tomato-y, potpourri, stewed strawberry, crystalline minerality, fig leaf oil & a secluded, rough outcrop with a gnarly tree holding on for dear life. Enjoy with day old Chinese and last weeks New Yorker.

Delivery:
For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.

For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.

We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
